PreOwned World does not guarantee the originality of the products listed on our platform. Items may be A+ copies or replicas. By purchasing from our website, you acknowledge and accept this condition.

3. No Claims on Originality

By agreeing to our policy, you forfeit any right to claim or dispute the originality of the product. If originality is a critical factor for you, we advise not to purchase from our platform.

4. Sourcing of Products

6. Order Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel your order, you must do so at the time of the confirmation call or email from the PreOwned World team. If you confirm the order and then decide to cancel it, you will be required to pay the shipment charges, which will be 1.8% of the total amount of the product.

7. Product Replacement Policy

If the product is damaged, we offer a free replacement. To be eligible for a free replacement, you must provide an unpacking video of the parcel. If you do not have an unpacking video, we will charge 20% of the product’s amount and replace it with a new one.
